Custom sample development may require separate design work, material preparation, pattern development, cutting, printing, embroidery, and production time. As a result, sample costs may differ from the per-unit price of a bulk production order.

Before requesting a sample, please confirm:

• Product type and specifications.
• Fabric, materials, colors, and customization requirements.
• Logo placement, artwork, labels, and other design details.
• Sample charges, production estimates, and shipping costs.
• Whether sample charges can be credited toward a subsequent bulk order.

Any sample fees, credit arrangements, and applicable conditions will be confirmed before work begins.

Providing complete and accurate order information helps reduce misunderstandings, avoid unnecessary revisions, and support a more organized manufacturing process. Consolidate final specifications and approvals in a clearly organized written document or agreed communication channel.

Information to provide

1. Product quantities and sizing. Provide product names, sizes, quantities, colors, and individual customization details. An Excel spreadsheet or similarly organized list is recommended for teamwear and bulk orders.
2. Logos, labels, and artwork. Supply high-resolution files for club logos, sponsor logos, brand marks, labels, tags, and other artwork. Suitable vector files or high-resolution formats such as AI, EPS, PDF, or PNG are preferred where possible.
3. Design and customization instructions. Document logo dimensions, placement, color combinations, garment panels, printing preferences, and special construction details.
4. Final review and approval. Check product specifications, sizes, quantities, artwork, colors, and placement before approving production. Changes after production begins may affect time and cost.
5. Minimum order requirements. Minimum order quantities can vary by product, customization method, and production requirements. Confirm the applicable minimum quantity for your selected items before ordering.
6. Design approval and production commencement. Production begins according to the agreed schedule after required specifications, artwork, approvals, and payment arrangements are completed. Obtain any required design proof or sample approval before the relevant production stage.

Recommended artwork formats

• Vector artwork: AI, EPS, or vector PDF files are recommended when available.

• Logos and brand assets: Provide clear, high-resolution files without unnecessary compression.
• Fonts: Convert fonts to outlines in vector artwork where appropriate, or supply required font files when permitted.
• Color specifications: Provide Pantone references or other agreed color specifications when color matching is important.
• Reference images: Include clear reference images and written instructions when a particular color, pattern, or appearance is required.

Before approving your design

Check spelling, names, player numbers, sponsor details, logo proportions, garment colors, and artwork placement carefully. Review the final proof against your original instructions before providing written approval.

Color appearance can vary between screens, fabrics, printing processes, and materials. Exact color matching should be discussed and agreed upon in advance where required.

Production timelines depend on product type, order quantity, customization requirements, material availability, sampling needs, and the current production schedule.

Your estimated production timeframe should be discussed when confirming your order. Distinguish manufacturing time from shipping time, because international transportation, customs procedures, and final delivery may require additional time.

• Submit complete specifications and artwork as early as possible.
• Review design proofs promptly.
• Confirm sizes, quantities, and customization details before production.
• Allow time for required samples, revisions, or approvals.

Production or delivery estimates are subject to the terms confirmed for your particular order. Avoid making team, retail, or launch commitments based on an unconfirmed delivery date.

Shipping options depend on the destination, shipment size and weight, required delivery timeframe, carrier availability, and the terms agreed for your order. Available arrangements may include air freight, sea freight, courier services, or other suitable options.

Please confirm the following before dispatch:

• Full delivery address and recipient contact details.
• Preferred shipping method, if applicable.
• Shipping charges and the party responsible for payment.
• Estimated transit time and tracking availability, where applicable.
• Applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and documentation responsibilities.
• Any special packaging, labeling, or delivery instructions.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import requirements, duties, taxes, and delays outside the control of the parties involved. These details should be reviewed for the destination country before confirming shipment.

Shipping charges, delivery estimates, and responsibility for customs-related costs will be clarified as part of the agreed order and shipping arrangements.

If you need to change an order after submitting it, contact us as soon as possible with a clear description of the requested amendment. The feasibility of a change depends on the current production stage, material availability, customization method, and work already completed.

• Revisions to colors, logos, names, numbers, or artwork placement.

Approved changes may affect pricing, production schedules, material requirements, or shipping arrangements. Additional work or materials may incur extra charges.

Do not assume a change has been accepted until it has been confirmed in writing. Once production has progressed, some changes may no longer be practical or possible.

Because custom sportswear may be produced to specific sizes, designs, branding, and other customer requirements, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order terms, production stage, work already completed, and applicable law.

Before confirming an order:

• Review the quotation, payment schedule, and any deposit requirements.
• Check the agreed cancellation terms and any applicable charges.
• Confirm how sample, design, setup, material, and production costs are treated.
• Verify the process for reporting order issues or requesting a review.

If you need to request a cancellation or refund, contact us promptly with your order reference and the reason for your request. Each request will be assessed against the agreed order terms and applicable consumer or commercial requirements.

No cancellation, refund, or credit arrangement should be assumed unless it is confirmed under the terms applicable to your order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and compare the delivered items with the confirmed specifications, approved artwork, quantities, and size breakdown.

If you identify a concern, please provide:

• Your order reference and a description of the issue.
• The affected product type, size, color, and quantity.
• Clear photographs showing the reported issue.
• Relevant approved artwork or specifications, where applicable.
• Details of any visible shipping damage, where relevant.

Reported concerns will be reviewed against the order details and available evidence. Depending on the findings and agreed terms, possible next steps may include clarification, repair, replacement, or another mutually agreed resolution.

Please retain affected items and their packaging until you receive instructions. Do not alter or dispose of disputed items before the assessment process has been discussed.
